Order online and choose how to pay at checkout: by card through Stripe, our secure card processor, or by bank transfer against your emailed invoice. Every order is priced completely at checkout, delivery included.
All payments must be completed within 48 hours of placing the order. Card payments go through Stripe, our secure card processor; no card details ever touch this website. Bank transfers are made against your emailed invoice, quoting your order reference, followed by your proof of payment.
What happens after you order
Place your order online
Add what you need to the cart and check out. Every order is priced completely at checkout, delivery included - $89 flat, free on orders of $2,000 or more.
Choose how to pay
Pay by card through Stripe, or by bank transfer. With card, you are taken to Stripe’s secure page and pay there. With bank transfer, your invoice arrives by email with our bank details and your payment reference.
Pay within 48 hours
Card payments complete on the spot. Bank transfers must be sent within 48 hours of the order, quoting your order reference - then email us your proof of payment.
We verify the payment
Bank transfers are matched against your proof of payment. Card payments are confirmed by Stripe. Either way you receive a confirmation email, and we keep you informed until dispatch.
We dispatch your order
Accessories ship by parcel carrier; tanks and cages travel by freight truck. Track your order any time with your reference and email.

- How long do I have to pay?
- All payments must be completed within 48 hours of placing the order. Card payments complete at checkout. For bank transfers, send the transfer within 48 hours and email us your proof of payment.
- What do I send as proof of payment?
- A screenshot or PDF of the transfer confirmation from your bank showing the amount and your order reference, emailed to sales@shoppropanetanks.com or sent as a reply to your invoice email.
- How do I know a message is really from you?
